Are there any hidden fees?

No. The prices on this page are the prices you pay. No monthly minimums, no statement fees, no gateway fees.

Is there a minimum volume?

No. The rate is the same on your first transaction and your hundred-thousandth. A quiet month costs you what was processed that month.

Is there a lock-in contract?

No lock-in and no exit fee. You can close the account whenever you like; we earn your business every month.

How fast do I get my money?

Card payments settle the next business day to any Australian bank account. Direct debit typically settles within 3 business days.

What about international cards?

International cards add 1% on top of the domestic rate. That covers the higher interchange cost; it is not a markup.

Can I pass fees to customers?

Yes. Surcharging is supported, so you can pass payment fees on to customers if you choose, within regulatory limits.
