How quickly can I start taking payments?
Sign up free and you're in the sandbox immediately — you can integrate, test, and see exactly how it'll work. Going live involves a quick business verification (KYB), which typically takes 1–2 business days once you submit your details.
What happens when a member's direct debit fails?
We retry on a schedule and send the member a payment link to fix their bank details. You get a notification only if we can't recover the payment — so you're not chasing every failed debit yourself.
Can I cancel a member mid-cycle?
Yes. Cancellations are immediate. If you want to issue a pro-rata refund, that's a free transaction — we don't charge twice for the same money.
Do you integrate with my booking or membership software?
